Fees and Policies
FEES: Our fees are in line with recommended rates by the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA). Please contact us for information regarding our fees. We accept cash, cheque, and all major cards. An administrative fee of $35 will be charged for all NSF cheques. An official receipt will be provided upon once payment is received. Private speech and language services are covered under many insurance plans and receipts can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations. A full session fee will be charged for appointments missed with no notice ("No Show") and 50% of the full session fee will be charged for late cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session. This fee is waived in cases of emergency, inclement weather, or illness. If you can reschedule within the same week you will not be charged, but this cannot be guaranteed. Repeated cancellations may result in losing your regular session spot and being placed on the waitlist until a committment can be made to attend sessions.
